Shipping Policy

If you place your order on a Friday, it will be shipped the following Monday.

France

For orders of €89 or more:
– Standard home delivery (48–72h): Free
– Standard pickup point delivery (48–72h): Free

For orders under €89:
– Standard home delivery (48–72h): €5.25
– Standard pickup point delivery (48–72h): €4.95

French Overseas Territories

– Standard home delivery (5–10 business days): €13

Europe

– Standard home delivery (2–8 business days): €15

International

– Standard home delivery: from €30
The exact shipping cost will be shown at checkout after you enter your shipping details.

International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

Please note: shipping delays due to customs processing are beyond our control and Solera Swim cannot be held responsible.
If a parcel is undeliverable and returned to us, the cost of re-shipping and return fees will be at the customer's expense.

Return Policy

At Solera Swim, we know that buying swimwear online can be tricky. That’s why we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return, email us at contact@solera-swim.com with your order number and the email address used for your purchase — we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Items must be returned in their original condition:
– Unworn, unwashed
– With the hygienic liner and original tags
– In their original pouch and packaging

Any item that is damaged, stained, or missing its hygienic protection cannot be refunded.

Please note:
– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
– Original shipping fees are non-refundable

We kindly ask that all swimwear be tried on over your underwear. If returned otherwise, we won’t be able to accept it and the item will be sent back to you.
